Residencial Marés
It is the guest's responsibility to inform their bedding preference when booking.
Depending on the selected rate, the reservation will be subject to the following cancellation policies:

Refundable Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before Check-In. After this period, the first night will be charged. In case of No-Show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged;

Non-Refundable Rate: The reservation will be charged in full 4 hours after confirmation. If the reservation is cancelled within this period, there is no associated cost.
Pets are not allowed on this property.
Breakfast included in all rates.
Check-in must be done from 15:00 until 22:30. If you wish to check in outside this time period, please let us know. Check-out must be held by 12:00.
The reservation is only effective after being redirected to the thank you page and receiving a confirmation email.
Rentals
The rates available for these properties guarantee a free cancellation up to 5 days before Check-In. After this period, the entire reservation will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties.
