When can I check-in?

Since this is a completely autonomous Check-In, you can enter at any time, as long as it is from the time indicated on the property page. If you wish to enter before the indicated time, please contact us as soon as possible.

How should I proceed at Check-Out?

We ask that at Check-Out you leave your keys in the basket at the entrance to the house and that you close the property door when you leave. Respect the times indicated for Check-Out.

What is the parking requirement during my stay?

With the house keys you will also find a remote to open the parking gate. Just press button 1 and the gate will open and after the programmed time it will close automatically.

Are bed linen, bathroom linen and basic kitchen utensils provided?

Your reservation includes all bed linen, bathroom towels and all necessary kitchen equipment.

I received a code, but I can't open the door, what should I do?

Check the indicated Check-In time. Your code only allows entry to the house after Check-In.

Is it possible to add a crib?

It is possible to place a baby cot at the property free of charge. We ask that you inform us of this need at least 24 hours in advance.

What brand is the coffee machine?

The coffee machine found in this property is from the Dulce Gusto brand.

Is it possible to be accompanied by pets?

The presence of companion animals is not permitted on the property.

I need a taxpayer number on my invoice, how should I communicate it?

If you want a taxpayer number on your invoice, you must indicate it in the NIF field of the online Check-In, or alternatively send us a message with the complete billing details.

How is the invoice sent?

The invoice is sent electronically to the email you indicated at the time of booking.

Does the house have heating?

The property is equipped with a central heating system.

Can pool water be heated?

It is currently not possible to heat the pool water.
