When can I Check-In?
Once you check-in at Residencial Marés reception (located a few meters away) you can pick up your keys after the indicated time at any moment, just head there.
How should I proceed at Check-Out?
We ask you to leave the keys at the Residencial Marés reception at Check-Out. Respect the times indicated for Check-Out.
What is the indication of parking during my stay?
In front of the property, parking is paid for on weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00. On Sundays and Public Holidays parking is free. Our recommendation is to make use of these places during check-in/unloading of luggage and then transfer the car to a parking area located about 500 meters (behind the REPSOL petrol station) which is completely free of charge.
Is bed linen, bathroom towels and basic kitchen instruments provided?
Your reservation includes all the bed linen, bathroom towels and all the necessary equipment in the kitchen.
Is there a possibility of placing a cot?
It is possible to place a cot at the property free of charge. Please inform us of this need at least 24 hours in advance.
What's the brand of the coffee machine?
The brand of the coffee machine at this property is Dulce Gusto.
Is it possible to be accompanied by pets?
It is not permitted, except for guide dogs, the presence of pets on the property.
I need a taxpayer number on my invoice, how should I report it?
If you want a taxpayer number on your invoice you must enter it in the Online Check-In NIF field, or alternatively send us a message with the full billing data.
How is the invoice sent?
The invoice is sent electronically to the e-mail you indicated at the time of booking.
Does the house have heating?
The property is equipped with a central heating system that allows you to heat the desired room and thus allow a comfortable stay during your stay.
