When can I Check-In?
Since it is a fully autonomous Check-In you can enter at any time, provided it is from the time indicated on the property page. If you wish to enter before the appointed time, please contact us as soon as possible.
How should I proceed at Check-Out?
We ask that at Check-Out leave the keys in the basket at the entrance of the house and close the door of the property when you leave. Respect the times indicated for Check-Out.
What is the indication of parking during my stay?
With the keys to the house, you will also find a control to open the parking gate. Just press button 1 and the gate will open and after the programmed time this will close automatically.
Is bed linen, bathroom towels and basic kitchen instruments provided?
Your reservation includes all the bed linen, bathroom towels and all the necessary equipment in the kitchen.
I received a code, however I cannot open the door, how should I proceed?
Confirm the indicated Check-In time. Your code only allows entry into the house from Check-In time.
Is there a possibility of placing a cot?
It is possible to place a cot at the property free of charge. Please inform us of this need at least 24 hours in advance.
What's the brand of the coffee machine?
The brand of the coffee machine at this property is Dulce Gusto.
Is it possible to be accompanied by pets?
It is allowed the presence of pets on the property.
I need a taxpayer number on my invoice, how should I report it?
If you want a taxpayer number on your invoice you must enter it in the Online Check-In NIF field, or alternatively send us a message with the full billing data.
How is the invoice sent?
The invoice is sent electronically to the e-mail you indicated at the time of booking.
Does the house have heating?
The property is equipped with an air conditioning system that allows you to warm up the desired room and thus allow a comfortable stay during your stay.
Is the house's swimming pool heated in winter?
It is currently not possible to heat the pool water.
